Terms of Use and Sale

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the MOSHAN website and to purchases of our teas. By using the site, you accept them. In these terms, “MOSHAN”, “we” and “us” refer to the house behind this website.

Our teas

Tea is a natural product. The color, shape and taste of the leaves can vary slightly from one harvest to the next, and from the photographs on this site. Origins are stated on each product page.

Our teas are foods, not medicines. The brewing guidance on this site is general, and nothing on the site is medical advice.

Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), for each size. Shipping is free on orders of $150 or more; below that, it costs $9.99 per order. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. We may change our prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

Free gifts

Every pack comes with a free gift, according to its size. With 100 g: one 5 g gift sachet, Snow Pear Chrysanthemum or Ginseng Five Treasures, as you choose. With 250 g: both sachets. With 500 g: 100 g of a MOSHAN tea of your choice. With 1 kg: 300 g of a MOSHAN tea of your choice. Chrysanthemum Buds cannot be chosen as a free tea.

With Chrysanthemum Buds: 40 g, one gift sachet of your choice; 100 g, both sachets; 200 g, 40 g more Chrysanthemum Buds.

Free gifts are added automatically, one for each pack, and are not sold separately. Where a gift is yours to choose, you choose it on the product page or in your bag.

Orders and payment

Online checkout is opening soon. Until then, your bag is kept in your browser and no order or payment can be placed through the site. These terms will be completed with the details of ordering and payment when checkout opens.

Delivery and returns

Orders ship worldwide from China and are delivered in 5–15 business days, with a tracking number sent at dispatch. An order that arrives damaged, wrong or incomplete, or that never arrives, is replaced or refunded if you tell us within 14 days, with nothing to send back. Our teas are food, so they are not taken back for a change of mind. The details are on our Shipping and Returns pages.

Wholesale

Orders from businesses are agreed individually. Teas, quantities, prices and delivery are confirmed with you in writing before any order is placed. See our wholesale page.
